I am a seasoned private chef with a rich international background. Born and raised in Rome to Irish parents and educated at an English international school, my diverse cultural experiences have profoundly influenced my culinary style, which integrates traditional methods with innovative flavors from around the world.
Over the past 15 years, I have worked in the yachting industry in various capacities such as First Mate, Captain and now Chef , culminating in a successful global circumnavigation where I catered for a private family and crew for a total of 18 months. This experience has sharpened my ability to adapt recipes and techniques to suit varied tastes and dietary requirements, while always prioritising fresh, local ingredients.
Fluent in English, French, Italian, and Spanish, my linguistic capabilities enable me to cater seamlessly to a wide-ranging clientele. My lifelong passion for cooking is evident in every dish I create, each a testament to my commitment to excellence and creativity in the kitchen.
